Cayuga
| Our own vineyard
is the grape source for this dry, white
medal-winning wine. Cayuga is originally from
the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, where it
is routinely produced as a sweet wine. We
chose to make a dry,
full-bodied white, which has an intriguing nose and
includes hints of vanilla and almond, followed by a
smooth and surprisingly dry taste. And since
it is made in a red wine style, it can
accompany a wide variety of grilled meats.
