This wine is a
delicate blend of 90% chambourcin and 10%
cabernet sauvignon. The grapes used in
the production of this wine were grown in our
vineyard.
Chambourcin is a full-bodied French Hybrid
grape, which we chose to craft into a velvety
smooth dessert wine that is reminiscent of a
good Tawny Port. Aged in American oak for
9 months, this multi-layered rich wine can be
enjoyed by itself as an after-dinner drink, or
paired with your favorite CHOCOLATE or aged
cheese.
