1st Course - Roasted Pineapple, Spinach, Pecan, Goat Cheese Salad with a Wine, Lemon, and Herb Vinaigrette 

Wine Pairing - Vidal Blanc 

Offers subtle aromas of apricot and peach. The palate is dominated by citrus notes, complemented by the crisp tartness of Granny Smith apples.

2nd Course- Italian Charcuterie Pinwheels (Prosciutto and Salami Stuffed and Rolled with Burrata cheese and basil fire-roasted Tomatoes), Drizzled with Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze, and served with a Parmesan Crostini.

Wine Pairing - Royal Blush

A delightful off-dry rosé, where the sweetness dances with lively acidity, showcasing the bright, juicy flavor of strawberry.

3rd Course- Yellow Curry Shrimp over Jasmine Rice

Wine Pairing - Shoreline 

Bursts with aromas of tropical fruit, especially pineapple and ripe melon. On the palate, it’s smooth and refreshing, offering notes of honeydew, grapefruit, and a vibrant tropical blend that balance sweetness with crisp acidity.

4th Course- Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb with the Magician Red Wine Sauce and Mint Jelly, Served with a Roasted Vegetable Medley.

Aged in a blend of French and American oak, this medium-bodied red blend presents a cocoa-forward nose with hints of tobacco and bing cherry, finishing with a smooth, leathery texture. 

5th Course - Molten Chocolate Bundt Cake with Fresh Berries

Wine Pairing - Jack Rabbit Red

This unique Concord and Rougeon blend presents a gentle sweetness, intertwined with dark berry nuances, and a crisp, tart grape finish.
